A tall round box and cover with flower scrolls above a 'cracked ice' border. Unusually the lid is decorated with a depiction of a pocket watch. The painter has clearly not understood the use of roman numerals. The only other use of this design I know of is to be found on snuff bottles.

Approximately 6.3cm diameter. The enamel is worn on the top. The inner locating rim on the base has some shallow chipping. Shop mark on base.
