Hand carved turquoise animal fetishes are combined with quality hand formed glass beads to produce this very unique and colorful modern take on a traditional American Indian Fetish necklace. This necklace is hand strung by an American artisan using European and Asian components. The quality is excellent. Piece has 19 handcarved fetishes. Necklace is about 24" long. NIce colors and a very nice appearance.

A most unusual and eye catching assemblage of fetishes, turquoise,and antique glass beads. The center drop has two twisted polymer "tusks" holding a large nice piece of turquoise, and is suspended by a Chinese turquoise disk. The drop is 3" long from the necklace origin. This outstanding assembled necklace is a work of art fit for a confidant art loving neck. It is assembled of hand made and found parts and signed by Terrill Smith [Chronology on request]. It is large and BOLD. The drop is 4 1/2" long, made of polymers, stoneware talismans, old watch parts, pyrite, mermaid metal charm and a crocodile to bind them all together. Famous [Tonal Jalisco] Mexican artist Jorge [George] Wilmot produced this wonderful neck piece on hoop circa 1970. Not signed, but as provenance it comes with original sales receipt, purchased in Denver Colorado. Piece is hand formed sheet brass with three wonderful fire opals,mounted on brass wire hoop.
