An outstanding piece of sculpting and casting. This is a solid cast bronze from China. It is a wise man atop a foo dog-lion. It is about 3" long and 3" wide. It is about 30 years old and it is a very smart investment for the future.
Attractive decoration, it could be used to hold adult crickets. I have a nice looking fake one included with the cage. It is a mixture of copper and some other metal. It has cloisonne trim on top and bottom. It has four very detailed coin silver dragons on the top corners. It is 5 1/2" tall, 3 1/2" by 2 3/4" wide. An attractive piece that is a few decades old. Has hook for hanging.
This has the right look and feel to be taken for a Qing dynasty piece, but it is not, it is only about 20 to 30 years old. A great deal of hand repousse work and wonderful moth luck design. A great ethnic look and a low price for what you see. This piece is 2 1/2" long and 1" thick, hollow so it is lightweight and drilled so it is ready to hang or string.
This is the type of metal temple image that you would expect to see in an old Chinese temple. It is made of some type of metal, probably a mixture of iron and others. It has been painted and has gold leaf on body parts. It has a look of great antiquity, but I do not think it is more than about 40 years old. It is a little over 4 3/4" tall. Has no damage and has a very nice "old" look to it.
