A beautiful Roman glass flask of pyriform (pear) shape, with narrow neck and high flaring mouth. Pale green color glass. Syria-Palestina, 2nd – 4th century AD. In excellent intact condition. Milky and silvery mother of pearl iridescence on the surface. Some soil deposits. Height: 13 cm. Ex German private collection.

Roman glass sprinkler juglet. Eastern Mediterranean manufacture (Syria-Palestina), 2nd - 4th century AD. Extremely thin-blown green color glass of elegant shape with applied vertical handle and a single horizontal string below the lip. Narrow opening inside transition of body and neck. Kick-up base with rough pontil scar underneath. Height: 11.4 cm. In perfect condition. Purchased on the Dutch art market.

A roman pale light-green color glass flask with globular body and long neck. 2nd to 4th Century AD. The flaring mouth with inward folded rim and the body with five neatly applied dents. The flask has a convex base and therefore cannot stand upright. Height: 9.6 cm. Excellent intact condition. Silvery white iridescense with faint rainbow colors on the surface. Remains of calcareous deposits inside. Ex German private collection.

A late-Hellenistic to early Roman Imperial yellow amber color glass bowl, dating from circa 75 BC to the early first Century AD. With two engraved horizontal lines on the inside below the rim. Diameter across the rim: 15.4 cm. Height: 4.5 cm. Recomposed from four large fragments. No parts missing. A few small chips. Some calcareous deposits and patches of iridescense in places. Ex Dutch private collection.
