Large Roman glass unguentarium, 1st - 3rd Century AD

A wonderful large Roman bell bodied glass unguentarium with long cylindrical neck and wide upfolded rim. Roman Syria or Palestine, 1st - 3rd Century AD. Fully intact, with wonderful rainbow color irridescence and some soil deposits in places. Height: 18.8 cm. Dutch art market.
