Rare Double Feather Vintage Mexican Silver Cuff (or Clamper) by Unknown Repousse Master. The use of the feather motif in the art of Mexico pre-dates the arrival of the Spanish. Magnificent, early Mexican silver bracelet, ca. 1940s. A very well made piece. It is constructed of 5 repeating links. Each link has a strong base mount out of which comes this lovely floral design with a hand cut amethyst cabochon center. Closes with an early v-clip that is fully incorporated into the design. Charming Fred Davis Style Vintage Mexican Silver Bracelet with Turquoise Cabochons. Lovely, classic Fred Davis floret design embellished with turquoise. The ten untreated turquoise cabochons are well-matched and of a soft, pretty green to turquoise hue. Measures 6 7/8" by 1". Lovely early Native American Turquoise and Silver Necklace with five turquoise embellished clusters and hand-made beads. Wonderful hand twisted rope sets of larger central turquoise in each 'flower'. Very nice weight. In very good vintage condition with the exception of one small decorative silver sphere that is missing. Measures 17 1/4" long. Each turquoise flower is 1" across.

This wonderful piece was made by the last member of the Flores family dedicated to this marvelous folk art and tradition. In very good condition with slight paint loss on arm of largest figure. An expression of intense faith, devotion and thankfulness - these painted pieces are offerings of thankfulness for divine intervention. This particular piece loosely translated is dedicated by Gaudensio Preciliano to thank the Jesus for his intervention (and bestowal of a favor) in the year 1963. Measures 11 7/8" by 7 7/8".
