Vintage Mexican silver pin by Los Castillo. This richly detailed and textured pin is a very early piece from the Los Castillo Taller. It is quite large (approximately 4 1/2" long and wide at longest and widest points). It bears a very early Los Castillo block hallmark, as well as sterling content indicator and design number. In very good condition with warm patina and fully functioning clasp.

Lovely vintage Mexican silver earrings by Los Castillo in cornucopia design. This pattern is made of the silver 'basket' being filled with a generously proportioned silver semi-sphere. Beautiful, rich patina has developed on these vintage Los Castillo earrings. Screw back clasp. Measures 1" long by 1/2" to 5/8" wide. In very good condition. Fully and correctly hallmarked for Los Castillo.

Very pretty vintage Mexican silver bracelet from the taller of Los Castillo. This very early piece, composed of six repeating links, feels like love in the spring. Lovely, early Mexican silver bracelet which strongly resembles a design by Fred Davis. The work is composed of six connected links. Six amethysts are centrally set into each of the link. Many lovely details including hand carved and of generously proportioned amethysts and bezel settings delicately finished with 'rope' twisted silver. Lovely and very early vintage Mexican silver bracelet. The design here is created by cut out and chasing -- which is then placed over a second sheet of hand rolled and cut silver backing. Central inset of abalone -- this beautiful bracelet is similar to the piece found at page 253 of Morrill and Berk. Beautiful, rich patina and very good vintage condition.
