Most likely utilized for advertising in a barber shop, or pharmacy, it represented the finest in shaving brushes of the era, and the badger indicates that it was made from badger, not boar bristles. It measures 11" high, and is in remarkably good condition, with nice full bristles, good paint, and bright metal cap.
