Old Chinese beehive or bell form Yixing pottery teapot engraved on one side with a calligraphic inscription and on the opposite side with a floral spray. An impressed mark is on the underside of the lid. The interior pouring hole has a rounded cover with numerous small holes which act as a strainer.
