Old Chinese Yixing pottery teapot engraved on both sides with long calligraphic inscriptions. The handle, pouring spout, and lid handle are all in the form of bamboo. A three-character impressed seal is on the underside of the lid (see enlargement). The interior pouring hole has 7 small holes which act as a strainer.
