| Large Ming Longquan celadon charger with everted rim, the center decorated with an incised floral design surrounded by an incised cross pattern around the cavetto. A crackled glaze covers the undecorated underside. The orange base is unglazed within the ringed foot. 14 1/8” diameter x 3” high. Circa 15th century. Very good overall condition with some original production flaws to the interior. From the private collection of a former American expatriate to Guangzhou in 1983-1984. | |||||||||||
