Large 14" Chinese Ming Longquan Celadon Deep Charger

Large Ming Longquan celadon charger with everted rim, the center decorated with an incised floral design surrounded by an incised cross pattern around the cavetto. A crackled glaze covers the undecorated underside. The orange base is unglazed within the ringed foot. 14 1/8” diameter x 3” high. Circa 15th century. Very good overall condition with some original production flaws to the interior. From the private collection of a former American expatriate to Guangzhou in 1983-1984. Please note that the images are slightly less blue-green (slightly more olive colored) than the actual piece.
