Straight spout and C-shaped handle. Decorated in underglaze-blue. Decorated on the body and cover with various flowering plants growing from pierced rockwork. Baluster vase. Provenance: Dutch (Delft). Dating: end 17th century, the copper neck 19th century. A tin-glazed baluster shaped vase on a flat unglazed base, the original neck has been cut off, in the 1920’s fitted with a copper neck. Decorated in different shades of blue, on the neck dots that, per two are connected, on its belly three men and a servant in a garden near a river landscape and two Long Eliza’s walking up a stair besides a fence, a bamboo tree and rocks.
