Antiques from Tibet and Nepal
While Tibetan antiques constitute the core of our collection, we also have a strong love of and interest in the arts and crafts of Nepal and Bhutan. Confining our purchases to a relatively narrow cultural area has allowed us to pursue depth. We don't limit ourselves to just Tibetan furniture or thangka paintings or statues, but collect whatever strikes our fancy.
Annual buying trip
We are back from our buying trip to Asia. Things in Nepal were very sad when we were there a few weeks ago and seem to have grown increasingly worse since we left. Nevertheless we did find much to buy. Now we have to wait for the roads to be opened before our shipment can even leave the country.
