This piece is a museum quality dagger from ancient Southeast Asia. It was recovered in Vietnam and is likely from the Dong Son or Dian cultures. The last enlargement shows an example in the Hanoi Museum that is nearly identical (though not as nice) as the one offered for sale here. A full condition report will be included with the sale. This is a very nice pottery vessel from the Ban Chiang culture in ancient Thailand, Udon Province (circa 200 BC). It has very intricate, geometric designs typical of Ban Chiang pieces. As is common with these large Ban Chiang pieces, it has been repaired. It is roughly 24 cm in height and is a simply lovely piece for a collection, display or decor. This beautiful and unique little jar is part of the famous Hoi An hoard.In the mid 15th century a freighting junk loaded with fine Vietnamese pottery sank in an area of the South China Sea called the “Dragon’s Embrace.” Around 1994 local fishermen began finding pottery in their nets. This fantastic ancient weapon is a bronze dagger uncovered in the middle east. It is most likely from the Luristan culture circa 1200 BC. It has a heavy pommel and strong central midrib. It measures roughly 33.5 cm and weighs in at 378 grams. Though somewhat simple in design, this is a fairly rare type of dagger and well worth the low price.

This wonderful bronze bell is from the Khmer culture of Southeast Asia (circa 12th century AD). Bells such as these were used in Buddhist rituals. This particular piece has has its handle reattached - hence the low price for this genuine antiquity. It measures 18 cm tall. The bell portion is 8.2 cm in diameter. There is no clapper.

This piece is an ancient bronze bell from southeast Asia. It is likely from the Khmer culture around the 12th century but stylistically it could be considerably older. It has a beautiful blue and green patina with traces of soil encrustations and fabric. It is approximately 7.5 cm tall, 6.8 cm wide and weighs 251 grams.

This is a very nice, ancient Roman glass jar. It has a hairline crack which appears to be a repair but it was expertly done and is in great condition for the price. It is roughly 7.5 cm tall and just over 5.5 cm wide at its widest point. It has circular indentation/decorations around the upper portion of the body. This is a great piece for decoration or general collection.

This attractive little jar is a shipwreck recovery from southeast Asia. It is most likely from the Khmer culture (circa 12th-13th century). It has a graceful and elegant, lotus petal decoration. There are small remnants of sea creatures on the outside and inside of the jar that add to its appeal. It is roughly 11.5 cm tall and roughly 12.5 cm wide. It shows no signs of repair or restoration.
