Hunnic Ordos Votive Bronze Cauldron Sackler Collection

This is a curious little votive bronze globular vessel from the famed collection of Arthur M Sackler. It is dated to the Han Dynasty of ancient China. There are some slight losses around the edges but the overall state of this specimen is solid and stable. The Sackler collection catalog number is on the bottom. The curious design of this speicmen is quite unusual. It is perhaps Hunnic or Ordos in origin. The same auction contained other pieces of Ordos origin. Please email if you have any questions.
