Very Rare Warring States Period Bronze Pi
This is a wonderful example of a bronze Pi from the Warring States period of ancient China. A Pi was a weapon used as both a spear and a dagger or sword. This particular example is very large and very heavy. It weighs 482 grams and measures just under 40 cm. At the midrib it is just over 0.8 cm thick. It has very nice blade bevels. The hilt has two protrusions that likely aided in hafting to a handle or pole. There are some minor nicks along the edges but overall the piece is in very good condition with no signs of repair. Don't miss this chance to add such an exquisite and rare piece to your ancient weapons collection.
