| Dating to the early twentieth century, around 1900 / 1910, this charming Black Forest automated toy is of a bear answering the telephone. The cord appears to be the original and when pulled moves the bear's arm holding the receiver up to it's ear. Very nicely carved with a wonderful rich dark colour and a good glossy patina. Excellent condition measuring 4 3/4" tall x 3 1/4" wide. Worldwide insured airmail included. | ||||||
