Estate Find! Antique all original mustard grain painted pantry box. Not Shaker but a true New England used box. The paint is guaranteed old & original unlike many of the painted boxes on ebay (fakes). Original cover, some old breakouts of where nails went in on lid and base. Approx 4 3/4" and 8".
American / New England storage box, square nail construction. Grungy SALMON paint over original federal blue, both paints quite old. Approx 12" w, 22 " l and 9" h.
Guaranteed to be authentic Shaker, oval pantry box. Wooden pegs to hold base and cover pine boards on, copper tacks hold well formed fingers. Approx 2 3/4" high and 6" long. Signed on inside cover by former owner. Great rich patina to a piece that was never painted.
Dresser tray or mirrored plateau by Pairpoint. Silver plate with wheel cut design cut into mirror. Repeating leaf & berry design with lion feet. Approx 10" round, signed on underside.
True folk art here! A humidor box, lined with silver paper, multiple patterns of wood to exterior cut & glued on. Box is mainly pine or fir, darker sections colored, some maple has been put in. Front has pinwheel and flower or tree decorations. Missing original hasp, interior has hasp to keep section closed, handle on top original but bent down. Box is approx 5x6x9 1/2". New England made c1920's.
Very unusual decoration on this unsigned antique stoneware jug. My best guess would be this is a centipede. No repairs (hard to find those nowadays) with minor chips to rim and some discoloration. Appears to be a 2 gallon jug , again unsigned but well thrown and decorated. Stands approx 14" tall
