This is what I feel a very well executed still life o/b painting. Different flowers in a vase with heavy impasto strokes giving nice depth. Frame is more than likely artist painted gray which carries into painting. Gray tones for table, background, vase and even some of the flowers. Its the vibrant, red, purple and blues on flowers that give a nice contrast. Painting is approx 10x12 housed in original 1" frame.
