| From an estate in New Orleans, a French pair of Louis XV fauteuils. Early 1700's. Made of fruitwood, with old, pale grey-celadon paint. Newly reglued, restrapped, and reupholstered in narrow, pin stripe, silk twill with plaid linen on the chair backs. New down in cushions. Carving intact. Sturdy, broad seats. Dimensions: 35 1/2 inches high (backs), 19 inches to top of seat and 20 inches between arms. Excellent condition. | ||
