It is beautifully painted with a wide green enamel border with gilded stylized white floral decoration. It is in excellent condition with no chips, cracks or restoration with the exception of a small original kiln flaw near the underside of one of the handles on one of the plates. . One plate had a 1/4 hairline near the handle that was secured. Each measures 10-1/4 inches from handle to handle and is 9 inches across.
