French Opalescent Glass Dish with Porcelain Medallion

French opalescent glass dish with porcelain hand painted medallion early 20th century. The fiery opalescent bowl is molded with apple blossoms. It has a fleur-de-le brass rim banding with an elaborate brass scroll which is the mounting for the hand painted romantic porcelain medallion. The article is in excellent condition with no cracks or scratches. the bowl is 4 inches in diameter and the height over the medallion is 2-3/4 inches.
