Oaxaca, Mexico Bat Folkart Carving
This amazing bat with outstreached, curved wings has been created by master Oaxacan artisan Eleazar Morales. Painted in his imaginative style, the body is rust-colored with a purple and lavender freeform pattern. A touch of grey is on the stomach. The marvelous wings are shades of green with pink accents, and fully painted on the front and back of the carving. Nice, sharp teeth are featured in the bat's orange mouth, and bright orange eyes complete the proper bat look. Approximate dimensions: 9" Deep (front of wing tip to tail) x 14" Wide x 6" High.
