Shipping Small items ship USPS at a flat fee and include insurance. Large items go UPS. Shipping is included on items of $500 or greater, and at cost on lower priced items. Other shipping options available (please inquire). Condition Items listed as vintage, estate, or antique have been previously owned and may show signs of wear and patina. They are sold as is. It is the responsibility of the buyer to review the photographs and accompanying text for the listing carefully. Real Quiet Antiques makes every effort to disclose any condition issues related to the piece as part of the description. Return Policy Returns are accepted ONLY if the item has been misrepresented in the listing. Please notify Real Quiet Antiques within 3 days of receipt of the item. Items must be returned within 10 days. Merchandise must be returned in the same condition as it was shipped to the buyer. For a credit card purchase to be re-credited to the card, the item must be returned and received by us within 30 days of the date of purchase (in accordance with PayPal merchant agreement rules). Shipping and insurance costs involved in the original purchase are not refundable. Please send us an email alerting us to watch out for your return. Please pack the item carefully. It was packed very carefully to ship to you because one-of-a-kind items cannot be replaced by insurance money. We cannot re-credit an item that arrives to us from you if it has been damaged in transit. Do not bend or “re-size” an item until you’ve determined that you wish to keep it. Do not alter the finish of jewelry through polishing or oxidation until you’ve determined that you wish to keep it. |
