| Signed “AE” inside a heart-shaped “M” (Sterling Mexico), this full suite (necklace, bracelet, post earrings for pierced ears) was made by a Mexican silver master who worked for Estela Popowski. It is a close copy of the Shadowbox Angels suite designed by Ana Maria Nunez Brilanti circa 1940. Popowski worked briefly as a designer for Los Castillo and had a taller in Mexico City in the early-mid 1950s. The necklace measures 15½” x 1”. The bracelet is 7”. Earrings are 1”. Earrings are unmarked. Very good to excellent estate condition. 185 grams. | ||
