| Desirable and collectible Lyre bracelet from Taxco silver maestro Hector Aguilar. The bracelet is pictured on p. 30 of Penny C. Morrill’s “Silver Masters of Mexico.” This classic design is composed of eight links with a rhythmic ribbon pattern. The bracelet measures 7” long x a little over ˝” wide. It comfortably fits a 7” wrist. Total weight: 45 grams. ••• Marks: HA in thin stylized script (1948–1955, according to Hougart), .940, Taxco, Eagle 3 (940 is a richer grade of silver than sterling.) ••• CONDITION: Very good to excellent estate condition, with nice patina and a few light surface scratches typical of age. Intact chain guard. | ||
