How to order? Simply go to the item page and find the order/inquire button. You may click on order and you will be directed to paypal where you may complete your payment immediately. Or, if you have questions, just click on the inquiry button and complete the form. I'll be automatically notified and will respond asap. If your concerns have been met after an inquiry, I'll forward you a secure and encrypted payment link from paypal where you may complete your purchase.

How do I pay? Use ANY credit card you wish. You will receive a secure and encrypted link to Paypal where you can complete your payment online. We're notified as soon as your payment is complete and will contact you to acknowledge your payment and provide shipping details.

Prefer to pay by other means? We GLADLY accept Personal Checks, Cashiers Checks or Postal Money orders. Simply indicate on your order form your choice of payment, our payee name and mailing address will be provided shortly. Shipping will follow clearance of funds. Personal checks are held for clearance and may take up to 10 days.

When will my item be shipped? We ship daily upon clearance of payment. We ship by USPS Priority Mail Insured with Delivery Confirmation. Our shipping fees approximate actual cost. We don't charge handeling fees, the only exception being art such as paintings or figurines which may require special packaging materials.

How long will delivery take? Priority mail to mainland states runs 2-5 days delivery time. Hawaiian Islands 1-2 days. Express Shipping is also available (overnight) thru USPS with fees around $25.00 for under 1 lb.

How do I handle a return? We ask that you contact us as soon as possible after receipt. We ask that merchandise is returned within 7 days from receipt and that items are returned in the same condition as shipped of course. We require Priority/Insured return shipping in case of loss or damage and you will be issued your refund upon return of item. Customers are responsible for return shipping fees.
