Victorian era figurine circa 1850s is a charming sort of fellow. Unfortunately, his mate perished in a grisly Antique Show incident some years back and he's never quite recovered. Dresden bowl with swan handles in finest porcelain is footed and hand painted. Manufactured by Carl Thieme Saxonian Porcelain factory, Germany, the bowl is almost entirely gilded. Silver reliquary containing relic of French Saint Claude (Claudius) de la Colombiere, patron saint of toy makers and turners. This is made to be worn as a pendant with a loop for hanging on the back. Hazen & Collins large coin silver serving spoon measures 9". Hazen and Collins smithed in Cincinnati Ohio from 1843-1857 using this trademark. The spoon is engraved with initials EC. 48 gr.
