Circa 1930s, a bundled coil Salish tray basket of cedar root with open handles, intricate rim and vegetable dyed imbricated overlay in red, black and tan. The design is a lobed flower also known as star form. Crosses are woven at the 5 interior points. Fine quality work and very good overall condition with minimal loss mainly on crosses.
