Lawrence Saufkie Bracelet, a Hopi cuff in the silver overlay technique with oxidized and hand incised ground. This is an older piece that measures 6" end to end plus an additional 1 1/4" gap thats adjustable. This cuff is 1" wide and weighs 51gr. It has no damage and very little visible wear. Hopi Belt Buckle in heavy gauge silver overlay by Raymond Kyasyousie who has been smithing for nearly 35 years now. Also signed with the Hopi Crafts trademark. Measures just over 3" x 1 1/2. Takes a 1" belt and this worn one is included, it's for a 35" to 38" waist. Scratches from normal wear, a jeweler could buff out for you if you prefer new look. Approx 60gr.
Mark Chee Cuff Bracelet with gem grade Royston Mine turquoise stone. Symmetrical hand stamping by this artist is instantly recognizable. Fine condition, it's larger sized and could only be slightly adjusted with a jeweler's assist. Measures approximately 6 1/4" end to end on the inside plus a 1 1/4" gap. Zuni Chief Headdress ring in channel inlay is published in Dr & Mrs. Gregory Schaaf's American Indian Jewelry Artist's Biographies on page 19 among their private collection pieces. All hand made and channel inlaid in turquoise and shell. Measures 1 1/4" tall at face and size 6. Fine condition.
Old Robert Leekya ring with Royston turquoise cabochon. The stone has caramel colored matrix, see picture 6 for closeup of this wonderful stone. Hand stamping to shank and great wear. No damage the shank is strong and does not appear to have been sized. Leekya began in '65 and is the son of renowned stone carver, Leekya Deyuse. See Barton Wright for hallmark reference.
Navajo silver bead necklace with turquoise drops, apparently from the Blue Gem mine with it's characteristic silver pyrite matrix. This strand of "Navajo Pearls" is set with three pendant drops. Signed JT, there are several well known Navajo artists who have used these intials as hallmarks therefore I am unable to attribute with certainty. Measures 17" end to end. Inuit ivory bolo tie hand carved with high relief Eskimo from the 50s. The work is well detailed and mounted on a slab of fossil walrus tusk. Black woven tie with brass tips. Ivory measures 1 5/8" long x 1 3/8" wide. No damage, unsigned.
Large and colorful early watch bracelet by Zuni inlay master Martin Panteah. Inlay of Kachinas and mother of pearl bars adorn both sides. Check your fit gents, it measures 6 3/4" end to end on the inside of the cuff. Plus an additional gap of 1 1/4 thats rigid...not adjustable. The cuff is 2" wide. Its very heavy at 183gr.
