A handcarved shell pendant is set with a single round turquoise, perhaps symbolizing the moon. This necklace is deaccessioned from a Museum in San Clemente. It is strung on coated mesh wire for durability and has a hook and eye closure. It measures 18" end to end and the shell pendant is 4 3/4" long.

Navajo Turquoise Cuff Bracelet Catalogue: Estate Jewelry: Ethnic: Native American: Pre 1940   item# 936187  click for details Requiem Antique 808.385.1708 $245.  Spiderweb stone is highly polished and features coppery to cocoa colored matrix. Cuff has a handcut bezel and the raindrops are solid silver, not bumpouts. This early Navajo cuff is beautifully worn and solid. Measures 5 1/2" end to end plus an additional 1 1/8" gap thats carefully adjustable. Face of ring measures about 5/8" tall. Unsigned sterling silver weighs 36gr and is circa 1930s.

Symmetrical hand stamping by this artist is instantly recognizable. Fine condition, it's larger sized and could only be slightly adjusted with a jeweler's assist. Measures approximately 6 1/4" end to end on the inside plus a 1 1/4" gap. Face of cuff measures 1 3/4" wide. Royston measures 1 1/2" tall and the weight is approx 153 gr. This strand of "Navajo Pearls" is set with three pendant drops. Signed JT, there are several well known Navajo artists who have used these intials as hallmarks therefore I am unable to attribute with certainty. Measures 17" end to end.
