Kerr of Newark, New Jersey. High relief design on oval frame. Original pinback can be worn as brooch or used as a buckle for a sash or scarf near the shoulder. This beautifully patinated piece measures approximately 4" by 3". Hallmarked and numbered no. 2723. Circa 1900-1910.
