Collectible early Japanese made souvenir Hula doll for dashboard with heavy strawlike skirt. She plays the ukulele and has a pineapple at her right leg. These came with little cloth hibiscus flowers at the temple and this one remains intact. Red "Made in Japan" sticker underside. Rub to hair paint, skirt was once green, now faded. Small flaw to compo at back from manufacture. A lovely example.

The film's star Marilyn Monroe, carries a clear lucite purse throughout the picture. Robert Eickholt art glass paperweight with controlled bubble appears as a blue to violet morphing reptile egg! Intriguing design bears a concentric circle of a darker blue ribbon down the entire interior element. This well respected artist opened his glass studio in Columbus, Ohio in 1978 and closed the doors in 2008. Fine condition, the piece is signed by the artist and dated 2000. 3 1/2" ht. Elenor Norton movie poster is framed and under glass. This 1934 film starred Clare Trevor and it's done in a typical Art Deco styling. The Deco era frame is gilt wood and in very good condition. The back is clean. This was probably used in the lobby, states it's property of Fox on the border and it's dated in Roman numerals. Needlepoint carpet bag from V Handbag Co of Montreal, Quebec. This is the mother bag of all needlepoint purses. Its a giant 16" x 12" tall not including the handle.
