Nice details like hinged face and metal pulls and wraps at corners. Maker MM on underside, Made in Japan. This makes a nice tea caddy if you like. Measures: about 7 1/2" tall x 6" wide and 3" deep. Small lacquer chip at left corner of face. Yes,the back is completely lacquered too.
