Repousse silverplated round tea box with nice snug fitting lid. This is hallmarked HH for H Hooijkaas, Schoonhoven, Holland. It was a special commission for Douwe Egberts Tea Factory. Measures 4 1/4" tall x 3 1/8" diameter. Farm life scenes as you will see on Dutch silver. No damage or wear!
Kentucky Colonel cups a pair made for Kentucky Derby by Gorham. These are silverplate in fine condition. Measure about 4" tall and about 3" diameter at mouth. They are nearly exact same size. Gorham for Wilson Kimmel co, NEWPORT silverplate.
Rookwood pottery holy water font a figural example in likeness of Saint Francis in his hooded monk's habit (robe) and rope belt at waist. This font, mold #6975 and circa 1947 was designed by Clotilda Zanetta in the Arts and Crafts or Mission style, and is done in what is known as their Wine Madder Glaze. The font has a built-in ring for hanging at the top and measures 8 3/4" x 4 1/4" approximately. Light overall crazing and no damage or repairs.
Chinese cloisonne ginger jar with lid in pink plum blossom pattern with blue ground. This is in excellent condition would make a fine tea caddy or decorative item. Measures about 6 1/2" tall by 6" wide. No damage.
Goldscheider Myott figurine Scottish or Irish Terrier dog of handpainted ceramic was Goldscheider designed and produced at the Myott factory in Staffordshire, England circa 1940s. He is a cantankerous little fella and the artist captured that playful snarl you get when you agitate your Terrier in fun, just before he snaps at you. Zöller & Born Postal occupational stein handcrafted in Germany. Hand painted German Imperial Eagle in the center. The sides feature bicycle and horse deliverymen. The handle, a postal horn is finished in gold leaf. The lid and thumb rest are done in decorative pewter. In perfect condition, this stein has a 1/2 litre capacity and measures 10 1/2" tall. Belleek Holy Water font in Sacred Heart on Cross with shell shaped bowl. This fine Irish porcelain art, circa 1950's 2nd green mark aka 5th period for Belleek is pierced for hanging on three points so can easily be permanently mounted. These early fonts were a constant but smaller production line at Belleek and are therefore scarce. The font measures 7" tall, the translucent bowl is 3 1/8" wide. There is no damage or repair to this beautiful example.
Retro tapestry bag with marbleized lucite frame in collector's condition. This structured, 1950s era handbag is a classic design and shape. The combination of materials is interesting and unique.
