Fabulous design! Best quality retro minaudiere by Dorset-Rex Fifth Avenue fashioned from solid brass and pierced in a kool fishbone pattern, its in the form of a vasculum (a botanist's specimen box used for gathering.) The handle is deep ambertone bakelite solid tube. The end caps are engine turned ovals in excellent condition. Signed inside end caps are woodgrained and original. Measures 6 1/8" wide by 3 1/2" tall. Approx 3 1/4" drop on handle.

Large and Exceptional condition with healthy black glossy skins, this well made handbag from Saks Fifth Avenue all handmade in France. The hardware is gold electroplated, Ball Feet keep bottom clean. No mars. Gussets (side panels) are supple Alligator. Calf interior nicely appointed. 11 3/4" wide, 8" height, 3 1/4" wide at base, handle drop is 6". Handle is heavy gauge and rigid style, not strappy. 1980s Absolutely no lifting, cracking or wear to this pampered handbag.
