Antique rosary necklace from Oaxaca, is sterling silver with gold overlay. French blue opaline beads are prong set, the birds eyes are oxblood red coral and three mother of pearl eggs in the nest signifying the holy trinity. Delicate styling and very finely detailed, yet the constuction is solid. No doubt re-fashioned from an antique rosary, the beads are all original and antique, the chain is later, however it has a nice dark patina. The cross portion measures 1 7/8" x 1 1/2". Unusual peyote cactus pattern repousse bracelet and matching earrings. The bracelet is set with one round cabochon amethyst stone. The set is pre 1940s signed "silver mexico". Only the earring clasp is signed Naomi, sterling. Measures about 7" around the inside and bracelet is about 1 1/4" wide at best. Earrings are screwback clasps measuring 1 1/4" across. Wowee..... exceptional in every way.

Beautiful rendition of Spratling's famous dragonfly pin done here by one of his contemporaries in the 50s....Tortoise shell wings are riveted to a sterling silver bod. Measures 1 1/4" both ways. Eagle 3, hallmark resembles Bernice Goodspeed's B but its too obscure to call.

Sanborns department store has a rich history in Mexico starting in 1903! With their original Mexico City location still in operation, Frank and Walter would be so proud today....here's a pretty 1930s cuff bracelet of Mexican sterling silver, entirely hand-repoussed with old Aztec relief designs. Its in excellent condition, measuring 6 7/8 end to end with an additional gap opening of 3/4" its completely adjustable to fit your wrist. Width is 1 7/8"! No damage, great patina...

Rare and unusual design in the early style of Matilde Poulat (Matl), the Aztec legend symbols of eagle and serpent which comprise the Mexican seal. Massive size pin is completely incised & repoussed, set with a turquoise to the eye of the bird. The width of the bird is 4 5/8" x 2 3/8". 41gr.

Wm Spratling (1900-1967) Modernist edge to these suspended sphere earrings circa 1940-46. Originally screwback clasps which were removed along the way. I'll provide a sterling silver fish hook pair unless you prefer another type. They measure about 1 1/2".

Recognizable Spratling design dragonfly pin is done her by one of his contemporaries in the mid-century with inlaid abalone. Signed ATI, Mexico and 925. Measures about 2" x 2 1/8". No damage and it's priced at about 10% of what you can expect to pay for the Spratling version these days.
