Navajo Bracelet Whirling Logs Hand Tooled Silver 1930s
Noble Navajo silver bracelet is completely embellished with crisp hand stamping of exceptional symmetry. These ancient symbols represent the stages of life, good fortune, four directions or four winds. Within the Native American culture they are also said by some to symbolize the legend of a man who finding himself outcast from his tribe, rolls down a river in the hollow of a log. Thus, the whirling log. This is part of our own collection and shared here for your appreciation of Southwest Art. Measures 6 1/4" end to end and has a 1" gap. Its 1 1/8" wide band.
