| Beautiful example of 1920s pressed celluloid jewelry. This butter basted bangle is 1 3/16" wide. Cabbage roses and rose leaves are deeply molded against a lush daisy and bachelor button ground. It's pierced and has a luminescence to the finish. No chips! These were made to imitate ivory and you would be hard pressed to pick this out of a lineup, its a great faux that looks terrific paired with other celluloids or mixed with bakelite and catalin stacked half way to your elbow. The interior diameter (opening) is a generous 2 1/2". | |||||||||
