| Rare SPRATLING DE MEXICO sterling silver box designed and signed (c. 1949-52) by Taxco, Mexico artist William Spratling(1900-67). Box measures 3 2/3" X 2 3/4" X 3/4"H. The lid is inlaid with rich brown and yellow shell and silver balls forming a diamond pattern. Fully hallmarked Spratling De Mexico with the eagle # 13.
