Antique Sukhothai Mother and Child statue. The Ancient Kingdom of Sukhothai, long known for it's kilns, that for 300 years turned incredibly beautiful stoneware pottery, that was exported and used in the city. This figure was a common toy for little girls in the old kingdom. When unearthed, the mother's head was not found. Circa: 1400 to 1700 AD. Size: 3 1/4" tall, 3" wide, 2" deep.
