| Ornately hand carved antique Chinese four door cabinet. Each door has rich carvings depicting bamboo stalks, flowers and other plant life. Great example of the old woodworking techniques that the Chinese furniture is famous for. No nails were used to hold the wood together, in fact even the hinges are crafted wooden pieces. The only metal is the handles. Handle backing plates are original as well as about 95% or more of the cabinet. Handles I am not sure of. Circa 1870 - 1910 Size: 70.5 inch tall, 57 inch wide, 24 inch deep. | ||
