This 1960's mini dress of white cotton pique almost symbolizes the Swinging Sixties. The look of designers like Andre Courreges and Pierre Cardin was copied by mainstream manufacturers, like Jay Hart, who made this dress. It has an inner bra in which the foam padding has dried, but I left it because it's original. Still, the dress is in excellent wearable condition, and it would fit about a size 6-8. Typical 20's Flapper cloche in a toast color straw with a wonderful Art Deco design hat band with braid trim by Lee Nora. It's an adult size, but for a small head. The inside measurement is 21 1/2" instead of the usual 22". When I measured my own small head, it was 22", but the hat still fits me. A darling hat for day from the roaring twenties, it's in excellent condition.

Lovely early 40's gown in a remarkable rayon crepe and satin damask with wheat, trees, horses, and even little houses as motifs. It has the original belt, shoulder pads, a side metal zipper, and a beautifully constructed front side drape that's typical of this period.
