19th Century European 800 Silver Wax Seal with figural horses, a rearing stallion and filly on top. Repousse roses decorate the middle portion of this seal. Measures 2 3/8" in height. The base was never inscribed. Marks as shown in photo #4. Beautiful condition.

Offered is a rare figural sterling silver button hook (buttonhook) in the shape of a Jaguar. The detail of the jaguar is outstanding. The jaguar handle end is sterling and the hook part is steel. This rare SHIEBLER STERLING SILVER ROUNDLET (traveling, travel) CORKSCREW features 2 applied birds and an owl as outside decoration. One end of the roundlet is marked with the Shiebler logo, STERLING, C. The original interior gilding is present and is also visible on the corkscrew threads. An original acid etched metal chamberstick from the notable Chicago Arts & Crafts firm of CARENCE CRAFTERS. Pieces from this workshop are scarce and highly collectible, particularly larger pieces like this. The firm was in business for just a few years (about 10 years or less).
