This truly beautiful pair of Edwardian napkin rings
are skilfully pierced, depicting trailing vines and flowers.
They are numbered one & 2 and are hallmarked for
Birmingham 1907, Makers initials J.H.
This is the nicest pair that I have come across in many
years. They come from a large Norfolk house where
they have been since they were purchased new.
Of slim baluster shape with nice floral engraving to the lower body which is partially fluted. The domed cover is pierced below writhing finial.
It bears the hallmarks for London 1885 and maker’s initials Edgar Finley and Hugh Taylor.
A really nice piece.
19th Century German Silver novelty Pepper Pot Augsburg Pre 1886.
This most interesting pepper pot is modelled as a lady wearing traditional
Dutch dress with clogs. The top of her hat is hinged.
It is in good usable condition but would benefit from a good clean.

This Most elegant sifter from the days of the Raj is embossed with panels depicting
writhing serpents which are repeated on the handle.
Hallmarks for London 1889 and makers marks for Edgar Finley and Hugh Taylor.
The screw top and main body are both hallmarked.
This Fine quality jug is embossed with elephant, lion, hound and mythical bird running through the forest.
The handle is crafted in the form of a cobra in strike position.

A Set of Early 19th Century Style Mahogany Metamorphic Library Steps in the Manner of Morgan and Saunders.
This most impressive and useful set of library steps has elegant reeded, scrolled arms, saber legs and front apron.
When open it reveals four carpeted treads.
A sturdy example, worthy of a nice library.

Being in the form of a garden spade and fork makes these ideal for serving sardines

Initials engraved on the other side FJD’ The lid is engraved 17 October 1895. It bears hallmarks
for Birmingham 1895 and makers initials JH which I believe are Joseph Hawkins who was a known
maker of vesta boxes.
