This unique letter was sent to George Caesar from Noel Cowards Home No. 17 Gerald Road, just off Easton Place Belgravia on the 23rd September 1932 when Noel was working on his play ‘Design for Living’
The Letter Reads:
Dear George Caesar,
Ever so many thanks for having me
It was most awfully nice of you to think of me, I did appreciate it so much.
It really was grand of you to remember

pair of 19th century napoleon III Franz Joseph Commemorative Plates
By Petrus Regout Maastricht De La Sesia 1859.
This pair of plates are very interesting. One depicts France's Napoleon III
and Austria's Emperor Franz Joseph discussing The Treaty of Villa Franca
in July 1854 which ended the Franco Piedunontese war against Austria.
The other depicts The Battle Passage By the Sesia with a battalion of
Chasseurs, in May 1859.
They are both stamped on the reverse with the makers ...click for details
These Three historic trunks have been stored in an old hanger
most probably since the end of WWII. They all relate to members
of the Royal Artillery.
The oldest dates from WWI, it is sturdy black with a name I cannot
decipher, this measures 87cm x 55cm and is 44cm high.
The Second, with the name A Howard RA (TA) which measures
97cm x 37cm and is 30cm high. This dates from WWII
And the Third, another WWII with the name NJ Wilson RA, it meausres
91cm x 54cm and is 30cm high
