This attractive trio is in a pale green opaque glass, it is decorated with garlands of daisies on a darker green ground. The applied pattern on the lighter green glass depicts leafy branches with berries. This charming little caddy spoon has a skilfully engraved bowl and a fluted stem with an acanthus finial. The stem is slightly curved. I'm not sure if it's supposed to be like that. Nevertheless it's a very nice piece. The date marks are for Birmingham 1841, I think the makers initials are 'GU'. Size: 8 cm in length Weight: 7 g

This exquisite solid gold locket is in superb wearable condition and was sold at Christies Auction 1997. The locket has a decorated front and plain back. This most interesting collection of ten fan and face screen handles are displayed in a contemporary giltwood frame, arranged in the shape of a fan. Starting from the outside, there are two slightly different Fruitwood screen examples, exquisitely turned. The others are in various fruitwoods, some beautifully gilded or ebonised.
