Beautiful Italian religious tabernacle front from the 18th century. On the front of the small hinged door is the Agnus Dei or the Lamb of God with gilded sun rays. The carved detailing is wonderful. On the back there is a very sturdy hook for hanging. 25”H, 17 ½”W, 4 ½”
Very heavy, well used and nicely charred fireback from the 18th century. There's an iron band that was used to repair the piece at some point in time. The piece would be wonderful used as it was originally used, as a fireback or it could be built into the wall as a back splash above an oven or stove.

This Italian 19th century iron gate is from a private chapel in Pistoia which is located in the region of Tuscany. The detailing is beautiful. The initials S and F are at the top of the gate. Perhaps the family’s initials however we like to imaging that they are for Saint Francis of Assisi.
