Description: A porcelain stem-cup was uniquely molded. By a geometric pattern of lines and circles which were composed by dozens of thorns-like dots, the stem-cup was applied with the milky-yellow glaze on the surface. Obvious glaze crackles and fading were caused by the enduring age when one minute chip was found on the mouth rim. Description: An exquisite Zitan wood inkcake rest was inset with charming burlwood top. Carved from one solid Zitan wood, the stand was finished by excellent craftsmanship. Lineate along the borders by straight lines down to the curved foot, the small scholar item was squared on the top and was inset with a slab of burl wood for the best presentation. Description: A pair of Longquan cups was preserved in perfect condition. By a handsome celadon glaze, the cups were molded in straight wall and stand on well shaped foot rings. Reddish tint was yielded at the unglazed foot ring for verifying the typical characteristics of Ming Longquan wares. The pairs can be a a fine collection in your cabinet. Description: An olive-green glazed tea bowl was manufactured neatly in Longquan kiln of Southern Song Dynasty. Molded thinly on the wall and at the well shaped foot ring, the bowl was applied with the unique glaze all over the surface only stop sort to the bottom of the foot ring. Obvious incursions were found on the mouth rim, foot ring and within the crackles. Some glaze bubbles were caused during firing at the cavetto.
