Description: A Blanc De Chin Guan-Yin was mold in solid form. Well depicted in details, the deity was in serene facial expression and soft sitting posture. The glaze sheen was reflected in creamy-white tint, an characteristic for authentication. Old frets were found on the surface due to age. Two defects were found: 1, The tip of the finger of the right hand. 2, At the rim of the base. All of them were caused from old age. They're all un-obvious and do not disturb the beauty of the statue. Date: Qing Dynasty. Height: 12.8cm. A CUSTOM-MADE SILK BOX IS INCLUDED. |
